Bee Pollen Quality Starts After Harvest: What a Mycotoxin Review Means for Handling and Storage
(주)한펠 · 2026. 09. 07. 오후 12:16
A recent review in Toxins is a useful reminder that bee pollen quality is not decided by origin alone. The paper looks at mycotoxins in bee pollen and gives particular attention to what happens after collection.
Drying, packaging, humidity, ventilation and storage hygiene all appear in the discussion. The article is not a judgment on a particular country, supplier or shipment. Its point is simpler: handling history belongs in a serious quality review.
For a buyer, that can mean asking for lot information, storage records and the documents needed for the intended use, then checking the material’s appearance, odor and moisture condition on arrival.
