Six Checks to Complete Before Introducing a Pellet Binder

(주)한펠 · 2026년 9월 7일

A binder trial goes more smoothly when the plant has first agreed on what it is trying to improve. It may be pellet strength, handling breakage, production stability, or something else entirely.

Before changing materials, take a quick look at the normal formula, conditioner settings, moisture, die condition and current pellet appearance. These basics make it easier to tell later whether the binder made a difference.

It is also worth deciding in advance how the trial will be judged. A small run with a normal batch beside it usually gives a clearer answer than changing several conditions at once. If the result is good, supply and documentation can be checked before moving to regular production.
